Snorkeler Tips

Mask Fit & Defog

Ensure a snug mask seal and use defog (or baby shampoo). Rinse gently—don’t overtighten the strap to avoid leaks.

Fin Awareness

Keep fins up and away from the reef. Float horizontally and use gentle kicks—never stand on rocks or corals.

Respect Wildlife

Look, don’t touch or feed fish. Keep distance from turtles and rays; never chase, block, or grab marine life.

Guide & Surface Safety

Stay near your guide/float and be visible. Follow boat instructions and keep clear of ladders and propellers.

Buoyancy Aids

Use a snorkel vest or noodle for comfort and safety. Relax, float, and focus on slow, calm breathing.

Reef‑Safe & Sun

Use reef‑safe sunscreen, wear a rashguard, and hydrate with a reusable bottle. Take only photos—leave no trace.
